By these applications under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'C.P.C.'), the applicant has prayed for transfer of Criminal Application No. 20 of 2014 and Criminal Application No. 52 of 2014 pending before the Nagpur Bench of this Court to the Principal Seat of this Court and the same may be heard along with Criminal Applications No. 624 of 2014, 625 of 2014, 626 of 2014, 627 of 2014, 628 of 2014, 629 of 2014, 630 of 2014, 631 of 2014 & 1022 of 2014.

It is brought to my notice by the Registry that applicant's Advocate had filed praecipe dated 27/11/2014. By administrative 1/2
904.mca.95.15 &mca.90.15.sxw order dated 17/12/2014 passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the Criminal Application No. 20 of 2014 and Criminal Application No. 52 of 2014 pending before the the Nagpur Bench of this Court are ordered to be transferred to the Principal Seat of this Court. 5.
In view thereof, Ms. Kuttikrishnan does not press these applications and seeks permission to withdraw these applications. 6.
