After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. He submits that since charge is framed in the said case the trial of the applicant be expedited. 2.

Learned APP has no objection if the trial is expedited. 3.

Accordingly, the trial of the applicant is expedited. Since the

2/2 33-ba.2376.2016.doc charge in the said case is framed the learned Judge to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 9 months from the date of receipt of this order.

It is made clear that if, for no fault of the applicant, the trial does not conclude within the stipulated period, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn on the aforesaid terms.
