By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 260 days in filing the present appeal. I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for respondent no.15. I have also perused the civil application. The applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay of 260 days in filing the appeal from order. The delay is properly explained. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay of 260 days is condoned. No order as to costs.
