Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants. Considering the fact that the very old Writ Petitions right from the year 2002 are pending in this Court, out of turn, priority cannot be given to the hearing of the Petition of the year 2011. 2.

However, it is stated that one of the Applicants is a senior citizen. Hence, the hearing of the Writ Petition is expedited. If the Writ Petition is ready for final hearing, the same shall be added to the appropriate final hearing board as per its turn. 3.
