The learned counsel for Petitioners states that one of the ground given in the impugned order is that Petitioners should take permission of this Court in the Appeal bearing Appeal from Order No.507 of 2014 which is pending. The learned counsel for Petitioners submits that the Appeal has now been disposed of. The learned counsel states that in view of this subsequent development, Petitioners will approach the learned Civil Judge Nashik, with fresh application placing these developments on record.
