Heard the learned counsel appearing for Applicants. He submits that due to previous enemity the Applicants have been falsely implicated. In fact, the incident had not taken place. He further invites attention of this Court to the allegations in the first information report and submits that the Applicants are entitled for the relief claimed in the Application.

On the other hand, learned APP appearing for the State relying upon the allegations mentioned in the first information report and also reasons assigned by the Additional Session Judge Thane, in the impugned order submits that Application of the Applicants has been rightly rejected.

Upon hearing the learned counsel of the Applicants and the learned APP appearing for the State and upon perusal of the allegations in the first information report and also reasons assigned by the Session Court, this Court is of the opinion that the Applicants are not entitled for bail. The specific role has been attributed to both the Applicants in the first information report. It appears that the investigation is in progress. As such the Application stands rejected. (S. S.
