The learned counsel for the applicants in Criminal Application No. 566 of 2018, upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application and hence the order dated 4th October 2018 passed by this Court (Coram: A.S. Gadkari, J) shall remain in force. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for remand of the Miscellaneous Application No. 281 of 2017 at Exhibit-5. It appears that the applicant had prayed, that without asking the respondent to establish her claim amount on the basis of the salary certificate the maintenance was granted. In view of this, there is no case for interference made out. Hence, the revision application stands dismissed. 4.
