Heard. Perused the appeal memo and the material available on record. By the impugned order dated 4.11.2015, the learned trial Judge has dismissed the notice of motion in S.C.Suit No.931 of 2012. The record reveals that after filing the present appeal, no protection/interim order was granted in favour of the appellant. The suit has been pending since the year 2012. In view thereof, the present appeal can be disposed of by directing the trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the suit bearing S.C.Suit No.931 of 2012, preferably within eight

The learned Counsel for the parties have jointly expressed their commitment to cooperate with the learned trial Court for the expeditious disposal of the suit.
