ORDER:- 1.

Petitioner has filed the present petition with prayer clause (b), which rads as under :- "That by appropriate Writ, order or directions of this Hon'ble Court, the Respondents more particularly the Respondent No. 2, the Commissioner of Co-operation, the State of Maharashtra be ordered and directed to implement forthwith the directions issued dated 18.2.2014 by the Respondent No. 1, the State of Maharashtra in respect of the proposal submitted by the petitioner Sugar Factory to the Respondent no. 4 Bank forthwith."

In view of the reply filed by the Respondent No. 2, as we have perused the same, we are of the opinion that the petitioner be permitted to make a representation to the appropriate authority on the issues as involved in the petition within two weeks from today. The representation to be decided within four weeks in accordance with law. All contentions are kept open. 3.
