When this court declined to entertain the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to raise the same issue in case the order goes against them in appeal as per section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for its identification. Same is accepted. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
