The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that about 170 days for operation were allowed to the petitioner as per tenure. However, period between 12/4/2018 to 30/5/2018 of about 70 days is lost because of stay granted by National Green Tribunal. He therefore submits that inorder to compensate the petitioner with those lost days, the respondents may take suitable decision on his request as contained in representation dated 9/10/2018.

Learned APP is seeking time to obtain instructions. So also fairly submits that if reasonable time is given to the government, it may consider that representation as per law.

In this situation, we direct Respondent to take appropriate decision on representation dated 9/10/2018 within 4 weeks from today. 4.

With these directions and with liberty to the petitioner to
