Heard Ms. Kundu, learned Counsel for the applicant. 2.
The applicants have preferred this application seeking condonation of delay of 233 days which according to the learned Counsel had occurred on account of disturbed state of mind of the widow of the deceased due to the sad demise of her husband. She did not have any source of income to approach a lawyer.

Mr. Mehta, however, objects prayer of the applicant by stating that cause given is not sufficient.

Having considered the reasons given in the application, it seems that the applicants have made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay. As such, delay is condoned. 5.
Application is disposed of.
