Learned counsel appearing for the parties have tendered consent terms dated 10th February 2016 duly signed by the parties and their respective advocates. Signatures of the parties are identified by their respective advocates.

Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Undertakings recorded in the consent terms are accepted. Second appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that certain articles of the respondent are lying in the premises which is in possession of the appellant which shall be permitted to be removed from the premises of the appellant. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant, on instructions, states that he has no objection if those articles are removed from the premises of the appellant. The respondent can remove such articles on 14th February 2016 at 11.00 a.m.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that he will remain present in the premises at that time for the purpose of delivery of the articles of the respondent. Statement is accepted. 5.

In pursuance of the consent terms arrived at, the respondent has handed over the keys of the property in question of the appellant and the appellant has handed over demand draft in favour of the respondent in Court. Learned counsel for both the parties acknowledge the receipt of the keys as well as the demand draft in Court. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
