The pre-arrest bail is sought by the applicant in respect of the C.R.No. 0570 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Vanrai Police Station.

Learned APP makes a grievance that despite issuance of notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure (hereafter 'the Cr.PC' for short), the applicant failed to appear before the Investigating Officer. 3.

8. ABA 3263-2022.doc submits that the applicant has no intention to defy the notice under Section 41A of the Cr.PC and he is more than willing to co-operate with the investigation. Learned counsel submitted that the applicant will attend the Investigating Officer on the dates specified. Accordingly, in response to the notice under Section 41A of the Cr.PC, the applicant to report to the Investigating Officer on 26th, 27th and 28th, November, 2022, between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and thereafter, as and when called. The applicant to co-operate. 4.

In case the Investigating Officer seeks arrest of the applicant, he shall give 72 hours notice to the applicant. 5.

The application is disposed of.
