By consent of parties, the impugned order of the Sole Arbitrator dated 12 September 2015 is set aside and the Petitioner is permitted to file his written statement in the arbitration reference within a period of two weeks from today with advance copy to the Respondents. The Arbitration Reference shall, accordingly, proceed on the next date, i.e. 20 February 2016. It is made clear that I have not taken into account any rights or contentions of parties on merits and that this order is without prejudice to such rights and contentions. Both Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
