The above Contempt Petition is filed by the Petitioner alleging breach of the order, dated 3 rd August, 2017, by the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation, more 1/ 13-cp-505-17.doc

particularly paragraph No.2 of the same, which is reproduced hereunder:- "If such a specific representation is made, the first respondent shall decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of one month from the date on which representation is made. The decision taken on the representation be communicated to the petitioner.

"

The Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation is directed to decide the representation dated 8 th September, 2017 after giving hearing to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
