The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 166 of 2022 registered at Bharti Vidyapith Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The allegations against the applicant and other co-accused are of executing the agreement to sell and irrevocable power of attorney in relation to land owned by the complainant by way of impersonation. MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

The main allegations are against the co-accused Zakir Bhola and Samir Manur. The applicant is in jail for about three years. There are no other criminal antecedents.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. Hence, the following order is passed:

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant- Asha Devendra Dhaygude shall be released on bail in Crime No. 166 of 2022 registered at Bharti Vidyapith Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
