1) This is an application seeking extension of the order dated 17/10/2016, passed by Hon'ble Justice Shri. A. S. Gadkari granting cash bail to the applicant which was to be in force for a period of 6 weeks. Applicant was directed to comply with the other conditions of bail. Applicant was enlarged on bail on 19/11/2016. The Government has declared Demonetisation on 08/11/2016 and therefore, applicant could not comply with the conditions. The period of 6 weeks has expired on 28/11/2016. ism
