P.C.:- The learned counsel appearing for the contesting Respondents, on instructions, makes statement that Petitioners, if submitted the form and complete the formalities within two weeks, they will consider her Pension claim and all other benefits, which are pending since 2007, as early as possible, preferably within 4 weeks thereafter. It is further directed to make the said payment to the Petitioners.
The liberty is also granted to Petitioner No. 1 to apply for appointment on compassionate ground. The Respondents to consider the same in accordance with law.
