The applicant-original accused no.3 prays for modification of order passed by this Court on 7th July, 2005 which reads as under:- "

So far as accused Nos.3 and 4 are concerned, they should report to the concerned police station once in two months."

Learned Counsel submits that since last 12 years the original accused no.3 who is resident of Chikhalgaon, Taluka-Khed, DistrictPune has been attending the police station. He is poor farmer and has to spent substantial amount on visiting police station at Dahisar. 3.

We have perused the record placed before us. In the facts of the case, we are inclined to modify the order passed by this Court on 7th July, 2005. We pass following order:-

O R D E R

(i) The order passed by this Court on 7th July, 2005 directing respondent no.3 to report to the concerned police station once in two months is relaxed. (ii) The application is allowed to the above extent. (A.M.BADAR, J) (NARESH H. PATIL, J.) L.S. Panjwani, P.S.
