2021.03.19 13:02:00 +0530 submits that the Petitioner is a registered Trust having various aims and objects. He submits that the present Writ Petition is filed by the Trust for welfare of the workers/employees for working with the Respondent-Corporation for their equal pay 1/2

4-WP-699-19.doc with essential basic pay, D.A. and other admissible allowances from the date of joining of respective workers/employees as per their category and seniority.

When this Court declined to entertain the present Writ Petition of the Petitioner, as it is not concerned with the workers of the Respondent-Corporation and not only that even the workers who are interested in the present litigation are not party to this Petition, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition and to file the fresh Petition for the same cause of action by joining the affected workers. To that effect, he has given in writing. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Same is accepted.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
