On 7th August 2021, this Court passed the following order :- "1. Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. 2.

By an order dated 30th January, 2020, an undertaking was given by the applicant that he would deposit Rs.10 crores in the account of the complainant. Such undertaking was given on 11th November, 2019. The interim anticipatory bail was granted to the applicant only on the condition that he would deposit an amount of Rs.10 crores in the account of the complainant. It appears from the order dated 30th January, 2020 that after defreezing the account by the trial Court permitting the transfer of Rs.9,81,00,000/-, the complainant has received the Digitally signed by UDAY SHIVAJI JAGTAP Date:

The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks some time to pay the outstanding amount.

By way of indulgence, time is extended to clear the outstanding amount for a period of two weeks. It is made clear that if the balance amount is not deposited / paid in the account of the complainant, ad-interim relief shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.

List the matter on 23rd August, 2021 for compliance."

The learned APP submits that the applicant has not deposited the amount in view of the undertaking given by him on 30th January, 2020.

As such, ad-interim relief stands vacated.

The application stand disposed of.
