By this civil application, the applicant seeks restoration of the Second Appeal (St) No.3406 of 2015. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that all office objections will be removed within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, order dated 20th October, 2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - II) is set aside. Second Appeal (St) No.3406 of 2015 is restored to file. Applicant shall remove all office objections within two weeks from today, failing which the second appeal to stand dismissed without further reference to court.
