In view thereof, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No. 412 of 2017, registered with Bandra Police Station, Mumbai does not conclude within a period of nine months from today.
