Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners are ready to deposit an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- in this Court to show his bonafides. The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Revision Application filed before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune Division, Pune, on 3 March 2023. Yet the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune Division, Pune, has not decided the Revision Application. The Petitioners are ready to deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- and the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune Division, Pune, either will take up the Revision Application for consideration or consider the prayer of the Petitioners for interim relief and thereupon the Divisional Joint Registrar will pass necessary orders.
Since this order has been passed for the complete failure of Respondent No.2, Revisional Authority under statute, we grant liberty to the Petitioners to place the copy of the order before the Tahsildar for further directions.
Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
