Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. I-138/2017 registered with Pen Police Station, Dist. Raigad for offence punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66(D) of Information Technology Act, applicant is seeking regular bail on the following grounds:
(A) The main accused is still absconding;
(B) The applicant, a student aged about 22 years, in absence of any criminal antecedents is detained for more than one year.

Having considered the submissions, what is noticed is, applicant has received amount of Rs. 17,88,200/- in his account from one Kavish Sharma and re-transferred the amount of Rs. 23,93,200/- to the account of accused no. 3 Pavan Khatri. The fact remains that applicant owes an explanation as regards the aforesaid high denomination transaction particularly when he claimed to be working with main accused Pavan Khatri.
Apart from above, the trial in the matter has already commenced. That being so, no case for bail is made out, stands rejected.
