The advocate for applicant submitted that the surname of applicant was not spelt out correctly in the order dated 11th September 2018 passed in Bail Application No.1637 of 2018. Hence incorrect surname is appearing in the order dated 11th September 2018. Therefore, it is prayed that the order dated 11th September 2018 be corrected.

Perused the order dated 11th September 2018 as well as cause title of criminal application. It is found that correct name of applicant is Rameshchandra Panchamaram Goswami. The said fact is verified by the advocate for applicant from the charge sheet. A copy of relevant document relating to charge sheet is placed on record.

Accordingly it is directed that in the order dated 11th September 2018 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1637 of Manish S Thatte Manish S Thatte Date: 2018.10.25 11:23:11 +0530

2 of 2 504.APPP.1312.2018.doc 2018, name of applicant be corrected to "Rameshchandra Panchamaram Goswami". The applicant is granted leave to amend to correct name of applicant in Bail Application No.1637 of 2018 as well as in Criminal Application No.1312 of 2018. Amendments be carried out within one week from today.
