Heard. As the Respondent has failed to comply with the order dated 02.08.2019 passed by this court in Contempt Petition (ST) No. 21829/2019 the Petitioner preferred the present Contempt Petition.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the order passed by this court in Interim Application No.1/2019 in Family Court Appeal No.398/2018, today, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
