This Civil Application seeks relief to direct the payment of wages under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Learned counsel for the respondent has raised a preliminary objection as to maintainability since the order impugned in the petition is passed under the MRTU & PULP Act,1971. In the circumstances, no relief can be granted in the present application. Civil Application is dismissed.
