This petition was admitted on 24th January, 2018. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that the First Information Report has been registered in pursuant to the order directing investigation of 156(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure passed by the Sessions Court.

In the circumstances, it is submitted that the petitioners would resort to the remedy challenging the First Information Report by preferring appropriate proceedings alongwith the order passed by the Sessions Court. Therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw this Petition, with liberty to challenge FIR and order directing investigation.
