Applicant in all these applications were granted bail by this

Court vide common order dated 23rd July, 2018 passed in Bail Application No. 553 of 2016, Bail Application No. 554 of 2016, Bail Application No. 555 of 2016 and Bail Application No. 556 of 2016. While granting bail by order dated 23rd July, 2018 in the operative part of the order it was stated that applicant be released on bail in C.R. Nos. 131/2013, 56/2013, 96/2013 and 92/2013 respectively registered with Mulund Police Station, Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane. Subsequently, applicant had moved this Court for speaking to the minutes for correcting the operative part of the order dated 23rd July, 2018 vide order dated 8th August, 2018, this Court was pleased to correct paragraph 5(a) of order dated 23rd July, 2018 as follows :- "5.a) The applicant be released on bail in C.R. Nos. 131/2013, 56/2013, 96/2013 and 92/2013 respectively originally registered with Mulund Police Station and investigated by E.O.W., Mumbai on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- in each case with one or more separate solvent local sureties in the like amount."

Present applications are moved for corrections of the modified order dated 8th August, 2018. It is submitted that C.R. Nos.131/2013, 56/2013, 96/2013 and 92/2013 were investigated

by E.O.W Mumbai. Apparently, the offences were initially registered with Mulund Police Station and L.T.Marg Police Station which thereafter investigated by E.O.W. Mumbai. 4.

In view of these submissions paragraph 5(a) modified vide order dated 8th August, 2018 is modified as under:- "5(a) The applicant be released on bail in C.R. Nos. 131/2013, 56/2013, 96/2013 and 92/2013 respectively investigated by E.O.W. Mumbai on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- in each case with one or more separate solvent local sureties in the like amount".
