ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh Representation to the Respondent No.1 for allotment of land for stone crushing purposes. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. It is made clear that the fresh Representation shall be considered notwithstanding the earlier rejection of the allotment of land to the Petitioner as it is pointed out by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that such allotments have been made to other persons. If such Representation is made within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the Respondent No.1 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of the Representation. The Writ Petition to stand disposed of.
