This Application is moved for seeking permission to travel abroad for the purpose of his business and also to attend the workshops of Art of Living in Dubai and London.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused has submitted that earlier on five occasions, this Court has granted permission to the applicant to travel abroad for his business and also to attend workshops of Art of Living and he has returned back and complied all the conditions imposed on him earlier.

In view of this, Application is allowed. The applicant/accused is allowed to travel - (i) On 7th January, 2017 from Mumbai to Dubai and shall return on 29th January, 2017 from Dubai to Mumbai. (ii) He is further allowed to travel on 14th February, 2017 from Mumbai to London and shall come back on 9th March, 2017 from London to Mumbai. On his return, the applicant shall report to the Chaturshingi Police Station where he is facing prosecution for the offence punishable under section 376 of Indian Penal Code. He shall attend all the Court dates thereafter. The applicant/accused is directed to move the application in future for seeking permission to travel abroad to the Sessions Court, Pune.
