The learned A.P.P. Mrs.Shinde, states that the investigation in the said FIR is on-going. Since it is the petitioner's case that FIRs have been lodged one after the other involving the same allegations at different police stations, we expect the Investigating Agency to look into the same, especially having regard to the registration of the FIR being C.R.No.262 of 2016, originally registered with the Kherwadi Police Station, Mumbai, (now transferred to Vakola Police Station, Mumbai), in which the chargesheet has been filed and take an appropriate decision. It would be contingent upon the decision of the Investigating Agency, that the Petitioner may seek appropriate recourse, in accordance with law. 3.
With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.) (R. M. SAVANT, J.)
