Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. By this petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking action against the respondents under the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, on the ground of alleged breach of the order dated 13th February 2013 passed by the Delhi High Court. Therefore, this petition cannot be entertained by this Court. We dispose of the petition by granted liberty to the petitioner to move the appropriate High Court.
