By this application filed under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 the applicant-wife has prayed for transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.764 of 2013 from the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Camp, Kalyan to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel. The only ground which as raised in the application is that the applicant is working with the Municipal Corporation at Mumbai and that also she is pursuing some educational course. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the stage of petition before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Kalyan is that the issues are already framed and the list of witnesses has been submitted by the respective parties.

Considering the nature of the grievance in this application as also the distance between Kalyan and Panvel it is in the interest of parties that the Hindu Marriage Petition No.764 of 2014 is heard and disposed of by the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Kalyan and that these proceedings be not transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel.
