After arguing the application for sometime, the Learned Counsel for the Applicants i.e. Respondent Nos.3 to 6 seeks withdrawal of the above Civil Application with liberty to file a fresh application in terms of the order dated 03.08.2015 as and when the occasion arises. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is further clarified that there is no stay of the proceedings granted by way of interim relief in the above Petition and the Trial Court is free to proceed with the suit in question.
