These applications are filed in Criminal Appeal (ST) No.781 of 2016 whereby the judgment and order of conviction recorded on 18.8.2016 passed by the learned Special Judge, Sangli is sought to be impugned.

In this view of the matter, the learned advocate appearing for the applicant-accused states that he does not want press Criminal Application Nos.1442 and 1443 of 2016 as well as Criminal Appeal (St) No.781 of 2016 and he may be permitted to withdraw these proceedings.

On the motion made by the learned advocate appearing for the applicant-accused, both the aforesaid criminal applications as well as criminal appeal stamp no.781 of 2016 are allowed to be withdrawn.
