This Civil Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent Nos. 10 and 11. 2.

In fact, it is stated in the application that the legal heirs of Respondent Nos. 10 and 11 were brought on record before the learned First Appellate Court. However, in the Judgment and Decree of the learned First Appellate Court, the cause title is mentioned without showing the legal heirs of Respondent Nos. 10 and 11 on record. Therefore, although it is the prayer to allow to bring on record the legal heirs of Respondent Nos. 10 1/2

17-CAS-4-2023.doc Sonali and 11 in fact, the request is to amend the cause title of the Second Appeal and the record of the Second Appeal by showing the names of legal heirs of Respondent Nos. 10 and 11, who are already brought on record before the learned First Appellate Court.

Therefore, the Applicants are permitted to amend the cause title of the Second Appeal and record of the Second Appeal by showing the names of legal heirs of Respondent Nos. 10 and 11.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
