This Civil Application is for condonation of delay of 437 days in filing the present First Appeal. The First Appeal challenges an award passed by MACT, Nashik on the Appellant's claim. The Appellant submits that her claim was allowed only partly and not fully by the Trial Court. The Civil Application has been duly served on the Respondents. Despite service, the Respondents are absent. There is no reply on the part of the Respondents to the Civil Application. On these facts and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed and the delay is condoned. Office shall now number the First Appeal and place the same for admission on 6 June 2017. Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on that date.
