By the present Application, Applicant is seeking permission to travel abroad from 14th December, 2022 to 11th June, 2023 as per itinerary given in para No.18 of the present Application. 2.

Record indicates that, on earlier three occasions, Applicant was permitted to travel abroad by this Court. That, Applicant returned to India on the scheduled dates and had complied with the terms and conditions imposed upon him. There is no report from the Investigating Agency that, Applicant misused the permissions granted by this Court on earlier three occasions.

In view thereof, we permit Applicant to visit the place situated in the country namely Greece, itinerary of which is given in para No.18 of the Application, on the same terms and conditions as were imposed upon him by Order dated 29th December, 2021.

Interim Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 5.

All the concerned to act on an authenticated copy of the present Order.

Learned Special PP appearing for UOI-CBI is directed to communicate present Order to all the concerned departments to avoid any inconvenience in the matter.
