The above Interim Application is filed seeking amendments to the above Writ Petition as per the schedule annexed at page 24 onwards of the above Interim Application.

Considering that this is a pre-admission amendment, we do not see any impediment in allowing the same. In these circumstances, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "a) In view of the fact and circumstances disclosed hereinabove, the Applicants most respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Applicant's present application, thereby permitting the Applicants to amend and insert the paragraph numbers 5 w (1) and 5 w (2) of the Writ Petition, paragraph T to Z of the Grounds and prayer clause d(1) and d(2) of the Writ Petition as detailed in the attached Schedule and to take the same on record;" 3.

The amendments shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today and a copy of the amended petition shall be served on all the Respondents within a period of two weeks thereafter. 4.

If any of the Respondents want to file affidavit in reply to the amended petition, they may do so, by filing the same within a period of three weeks from the date of service of the amended petition. 5.

The above Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
