P.C:- SMITA RAJNIKANT JOSHI The Petitioners seeks directions to decide the change report No. 295 of 2002 (earlier numbered as 89 of 1996) and other 5 change reports as stated in the para 12 of the Petition. We are not aware about the pendency of the matters before the authority concerned.

As contended by the Petitioners, the first change report is filed in the year 1996 and the same is also pending. The Petitioners may file an application with the authority for expeditious disposal of the change reports proceedings. The authority shall consider the application of the Petitioners for expeditious disposal of the change report proceeding and make an endeavor to decide within the reasonable time, of course, after following the necessary procedure and after hearing the parties. Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
