Heard Mr. Warunjikar for the applicant. By an order dated 18th December, 2015 of this Court the applicant was directed to clear the arrears of maintenance on or before 12th January, 2016 and report compliance on 15th January 2016. The learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions states that the said order has not been complied with till today. As a last chance further time of two weeks is granted to clear the arrears of maintenance only by way of indulgence. If the amount of arrears is not deposited on or before 15th April, 2016 as directed by order dated 18th December, 2015, the Criminal Revision Application No. 416 of 2014 shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to the Court.
