The applicants are apprehending arrest in CR No.249/2015 registered with MRA Marg Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 465,468, 471, 417 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant when this court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions of the applicant who is present in court seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to surrender before the Investigating Officer on or before 11.00 a.m. on 7/3/2016.
