This petition is filed seeking direction to the J.M.F.C., Court No.4, Panvel, District Raigad for deciding R.C.C.No.191 of 2014 expeditiously. 2.

Ms. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is released on bail.

In view thereof, we direct the said Court to expedite the hearing of R.C.C.No.191 of 2014 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

We hope and expect that the petitioner as also the prosecution will extend full co-operation for early disposal of the said case. 5.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 6.

Registry shall send a copy of this order to the concerned Court for its compliance.
