The basic issue which is sought to be raised in the petition is conversion of candidature of the petitioner from open category to reserve category, as the same will benefit him to be declared as successful in the qualifying examination.

One of the prayer in the petition pertains to deciding the representation by the respondent no. 4-authority. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition of the petitioner itself can be treated as representation by the respondent no. 4 and an appropriate order can be passed. 4.

The petitioner's petition be treated as representation and it shall be open for the respondent no. 4 to decide the representation and communicate the order to the petitioner on the same within a period of four weeks.
