This revision application arises out of the order dated 13th October, 2014 passed by the Sessions Court on the Misc. Application No.273 of 2014 filed by the applicant in Criminal Appeal No.138 of 2013 for return of the confiscated property. Since, the appeal filed in the year 2013, is ready for final hearing, Mr. Singh, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks to withdraw the revision application with a request for expeditious hearing of the appeal. The revision application is, hence, allowed to be withdrawn. The Sessions Court is directed to hear and dispose off the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. All contentions of the parties are kept open for consideration in the appeal.
