The challenge in all the above Petitions are to the order dated 21st October 2022, rejecting Applications for exemption filed by the petitioners. Learned Sessions Judge on 21st October 2022, has issued non-bailable warrant against the petitioners.

Petitioners undertakes to appear before the learned Sessions Judge on 17th December 2022, and thereafter, all dates unless exempted by the learned Sessions Court. The statement is accepted as undertaking to the Court. In view of the statement made by the petitioners that they shall attend proceedings of Appeals before the learned Sessions Judge. The orders of issuance of non-bailable warrant against the petitioners are quashed and set aside.

If the petitioners fail to remain present on 17th December 2022 or any date thereafter without permission of Sessions Court, it will be open for the learned Sessions Judge to take appropriate steps in accordance with law to secure presence of the petitioners.

Writ Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
