The grievance of the Petitioner in his Application dated 14.10.2017 is for seeking transfer of his trial from Pune to Hyderabad. 2.

Learned APP has submitted a report dated 16.06.2022 which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The report states that the Petitioner has been released on bail since 08.09.2020. However, in view of the difficulties that would be faced for the trial, we do not think it appropriate to grant the relief prayed for in the present writ petition. Hence, the request of the Petitioner stands rejected.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
